Cartwright & Butler have taken a classic ginger biscuit recipe, added stemmed ginger for a little extra gingery zing and then added chocolate - and not just any chocolate, but a super fine, dark chocolate. And they kept on adding the chocolate. After all, it's not called an ultra thick chocolate biscuit for nothing. The biscuits are housed in an attractive clip-lid tin.
Ingredients: Dark Chocolate Coating (67%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Sugarcane Syrup, Stem Ginger (4%) (Ginger, Sugar), Salted Butter (4%) (Milk, Salt), Eggs, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate; Ground Ginger, Salt.
Dark Chocolate Coating Contains: Cocoa Solids 52% Minimum.
