Mother's Day 2021 - Click & Collect Information
Our Mother's Day gift boxes will be available for Click & Collect on Thursday 11th March between 12 noon and 3pm; and also on Saturday 13th March between 12 noon and 3pm. If you are local and unable to collect at these times, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
If you are not able to collect your parcel and would prefer it to be sent to your recipient in the mail, please choose the relevant postal option at check-out.
Mainland United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey & Eire Deliveries
Delivery on orders items with a value of up to £20 is £4.95.
For orders between £20 and £49.99, delivery is £5.50.
Orders over £50 in value will be delivered to you free of charge.
All orders are dispatched by 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery service. We will provide you with a postage confirmation number.
If you require a faster, next day delivery, an express service can be arranged at a cost of £10.00 per item.
All items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30 am - 6 pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
We will happily ship our products to a number of European countries, as well as the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are in a country which is not listed at checkout, please contact us on +441394285378 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on international shipping.
Please note: International delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside Europe.
General Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items on the next working day after receipt of your order. Occasionally, however, this is not possible, but we will always dispatch your order in no more than 3 days.
The prices shown on our website do not include delivery, the cost of which will be added at checkout.
Online delivery charges are incurred per order and not per item. We will only charge you postage once.
Orders can only be sent to one designated delivery address, which can be different to your billing address.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you by e-mail within 3 working days. If any of our couriers attempt to deliver to you and there is no-one available to receive the package, a card will be left which will include details of what you need to do.
